In order for a standardized notarization to occur, you will need two forms of picture identification. 
California approved identifications include:

• California driver's license or other state driver's license
• California ID card or other state ID card
• U.S. passport
• Canadian driver's license
• Mexican driver's license
• Foreign passport
• U.S. military ID card
• ID card issued by USCIS
• Inmate ID card
• or a state/county/city employee ID card.
