Loan signing fees apply as indicated:
One set of documents = $75.00 (this fee reflects one individual signing)
Additional signer = $25.00 (such as in a husband/wife signing)
E-doc processing = $25.00
Travel fees outside of the 96150 zip code are $1.00 per mile traveled.
E-docs are laser printed. The complete set of documents must be received 2-hours BEFORE the appointment with the client in order for the documents to be reviewed properly and arrive on time.
